Our Ethos

We manage investor capital and businesses using an ownership mentality. We expect the same from our management teams and partners.

mandeleo-ethos-1

We select investments, not only for their individual attractiveness but with a view to develop sector ecosystems.

mandeleo-ethos-2

We focus on what is proven rather than what is popular. Our goal is to bring new-age technologies, processes and systems to established industries and businesses.

mandeleo-ethos-3

We build platforms that seed their own growth with shared ownership, digital transformation and transparent governance structures.
